Company History: Dieau is located in Auvergne, in the middle of France in the heart of the Volcanic Park. Our production area of 5000 square meters reflects a high technology equipment and a production capacity which reaches 300 water coolers per day.

Today's factory is a spacious and cleaning industry where there reigns an atmosphere of competitiveness and efficiency where top level staff works for the same aim. Dieau belongs to Dietal holding which employed 600 persons for a turnover of 50 millions U.S. dollars.

Innovations: DIEAU A Guaranteed Hygiene

Dieau's team developed a cool process technology which combines a high hygiene level with a quasi unceasing refrigerated water flow at 10°C. The good well working principle is the following:

- Water supply circuit:

The bottle is directly connected to the tap through a 14 millimeters diameter stainless steel pipe (see the schema hereafter). That type of water supply avoids the stagnation of water and moreover decreases a lot the bacterias catch areas compare to the classical tank systems. The total water volume in the circuit is around 0.5 liters. The technology concept was realized in order to refrigerate all the time the bottled water at 4°C which is contained into the stainless steel coil so the bacterias development is consequently reduced . Our system was tested during 2 years in a specialized laboratory, without any servicing. Today the results shows that the endotoxines rate which is representative of the biofilm quantity inside the internal system of the cooler, is reduced by 6 compare to a tank classical system (see the graphs hereafter).

- Cooling circuit

To chill water, we use both an ice bank and a cooling liquid which is putting into circulation through a pump which is ordered by a thermostat located against a stainless tube (see the schema). The ice calorific capacity, 80 times higher than the water's one, ensures a substantial cold quantity and consequently an unceasing flow water at 10°C.

- Cleaning and sanitisation of the water supply circuit:

Today our revolutionary cooler concept lead us to introduce a new sanitisation process on the market. The unbelievable sterilisation machine is 100% reliable (see sanitisation machine picture)and easy to handle. Simply connect the sanitisation machine and your cooler is hygienically safe. Under 10 minutes the whole circuit is cleaned and sanitised with water up to 95°C, without contact at all between the hand and the internal system. The system was tested in a specialized laboratory and by our customers in the hardest conditions and environment to check its efficiency. The results surprised them!!! After sanitising, all the bacterias are killed and there isn't anymore boiler scale. This will save you the trouble of taking parts back to be sanitised or even taking the cooler apart on site. 100% environment respect.
