Water
in
Olancha,
CA
was
charged
with
a
16-count
inditement
last
Wednesday
along
with
several
other
companies
for
their
alleged
failure
to
disclose
information
regarding
arsenic
in
wastewater
transported
from
Crystal
Geyser's
plant
in
March
and
May
2015.
Each
of
the
defendants,
including
CG
Roxane,
face
a
fine
of
up
to
$8
million
if
convicted
of
all
16
counts
in
the
indictment.
