The Plastic Debate: A Grocery Store Goes Plastic -Free

A Dutch supermarket made headlines recently with the launch of a plastic-free aisle meaning among other items, no bottled water in plastic containers. But the focus on slashing plastic use in the West is at best simplistic, and could even be counterproductive.
