Over 4,000 consumers of bottled water in Barcelona and Tarragona Spain have come down with a gastroenteritis infection attributable to the norovirus. The possible cause for the outbreak is the water source used for the bottled water product, Font d'Arinsal from Eden Springs based in Andorra. The company has recalled over 6000 of their 19-liter home and office bottles.

The company issued a statement offering their concern for those affected by the outbreak of gastroenteritis and that they are cooperating and appreciate the investigation and work of the Department of Health in identifying the cause. At this point the Andorran authorities are ...Read more...
