Dining Green But Ignoring Blue: Bottled Water Gets Capped by the Green Restaurant Association

People still have issues with bottled water. If it's not the source it comes from, it's the expense; if it's not the money it's the environmental impact; if it's not sustainability it's the drought. Parts of there arguments are indeed valid, though often myopic and self-serving. But regardless of preference, what about bottled water at your favorite restaurant?
