myopic
and
self-serving.

regardless

preference,

bottled
water
at

The
average
U.S.
restaurant
can
produce
150,000
pounds
of
garbage
each
year,
a
fact
quoted
by
both
the
Green
Restaurant
Association
(GRA)
and
the
Southwest
Florida
Water
Management
District.
