panic
in
the

supply.
One
day
a
higher-than-permissible
level
of
iodine-131
was
detected
in
the
drinking
water
in
Tokyo.
Residents
immediately
cleared
store
shelves
of
bottled
water
after
Tokyo
Governor
Shintaro
Ishihara
