Recently
the
blogosphere
(that
unregulated
body
of
occasional
conspiracy
theorists)
erupted
into
a
frenzy
over
Nestlé's
bottled
water
operations
in
Pakistan,
specifically
a
village
called
Bhati
Dilwan,
a
place
so
small
Google
maps
can't
even
find
it.
A
film
titled
Bottled
Life
(we
at
BottledWaterWeb
have
not
seen
this
film)
which
came
out
in
2011
lead
to
the
on-line
petition
proposing
that
Nestle
is
"draining
Pakistan
dry!"
The
petition
was
launched
with
a
target
of
400,000
supporters
positioned
against
Nestle.
The
petition
states
in
part,
"Now
Nestlé
is
moving
into
Pakistan
and
sucking
up
the
local
water
supply,
rendering
entire
areas
