Most
people
don't
think
they
are
dehydrated.
Sure
they
may
feel
sluggish
now
and
then,
but
they
chalk
that
up
to
a
poor
night's
sleep,
stress
or
bad
diet.
But
the
fact
is
that
most
people
do
not
get
enough
pure
healthy
water
on
a
daily
basis.
Certainly
they
find
liquid
in
coffee,
tea,
foods
and
fruit,
and
on
average
20%
of
our
daily
water
intake
comes
from
food.
The
bottled
water
industry
has
long
expressed
the
need
for
people
to
stay
hydrated,
to
keep
muscles
working
at
optimal
levels,
including
the
brain,
and
to
help
our
bodies
work
at
capacity.
