Most people don't think they are dehydrated. Sure they may feel sluggish now and then, but they chalk that up to a poor night's sleep, stress or bad diet. But the fact is that most people do not get enough pure healthy water on a daily basis. Certainly they find liquid in coffee, tea, foods and fruit, and on average 20% of our daily water intake comes from food.
