Bottled water is now against the law in Concord, Massachusetts. The historic town of less than 18,000 residents entered 2013 with a ban in place of 1 liter and smaller plastic water bottles. Buy it or sell it, you will get fined.

Banning the sale of single serving plastic water bottles has been a three year campaign by local activists lead by 84 year old resident Jean Hill.
