I have a reliabe source complete chemistry and pump tests. I have the resources to start a business just need a consultant with experience.

Were you able to find a retired the consultant? Do you know anybody who can evaluate the water source and give an estimate on how much the water worth?

That is what I did,but I hired him as a PM.Now you get his consultation for free,while paying him for his years of experience,which most banks will require.If you have never ran a bottled water operation.
