JACK DONOHUE
President & Chief Hydrogeolgist
Atlantic Geoscience Corporation
Jack Donohue is a Founding Principal of Atlantic
Geoscience Corporation (www.geo-science.com). Possessing over
20 years of professional practice experience, he serves as the
firm's President and Chief Hydrogeologist.
Prior to entering the private sector in 1986, Jack was
Senior Hydrogeologist with the Massachusetts Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Water Supply. He
regularly serves in a technical and policy-development
advisory capacity to several state and federal agencies. He is
actively involved with the IBWA, serving on the Technical and
Government Relations committees and presenting workshops on
technical and planning applications.
His company specializes in applying science, engineering,
information management and regulatoryaffairs expertise to
water-resource-dependent organizations throughout the United
States and abroad. They have developed for their clients, more
than one half of the spring-source capacity currently sold in
the United States.

HENRY R. HIDELL, III
Principal & President,
Hidell-Eyster Technical Services, Inc.
For thirty-eight years, Mr. Hidell has managed an international consulting firm with a global reputation in the beverage and bottled water industries. During this period he has overseen long range business development strategies and finance and administration of the firm. He has been instrumental in the development of the company's joint venture relationships and the execution of business opportunities.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA), he sits on the IBWA , Supplier Committee and Education Committee, and is Chairman of the IBWA Convention Committee. He is the U.S. Supplier Representative to the International Council of Bottled Water Associations and Chairman of that organization’s Supplier Committee and Convention Committee. He was granted the highest honor in the bottled water industry being inducted into the Beverage World Magazine Bottled Water Hall of Fame in 2001. He is also a member of the International Society of Beverage Technologists. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Neverfail Spring Water Co., Inc. in Sydney, Australia. Neverfail is a publicly held firm with a capitalized value exceeding $300 million. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iroquois Water, Ltd. a First Nations Corporation located in Cornwall, Ont., Canada. Mr. Hidell is an internationally recognized expert in the bottled water industry with particular experience in bottled water plant design, management operations and international economic market research and development. He is a member of the Council of Experts of the Association International de la Distribution des Produits Alimentaires et des Products de Grande Consommation (AIDA), Bruxells, Belgium, an international organization servicing the logistics and distribution industry.
In addition to bottled water and beverages, Mr. Hidell is a recognized expert in the point of use industry. Here he specializes in the application of advanced water treatment and waste water treatment technologies.
Mr. Hidell has been responsible for the development of several hundred water sources for use in the beverage industry including hydrogeological investigation, extraction systems and distribution systems. He has developed sophisticated water treatment and mineralization systems for use in bottled water production in Argentina, Mexico, the United States, the Philippines, Europe, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand and Russia. He is also a technical expert in water resource management and business development and technology transfer for the United States Department of State, U.S. Information Service, specializing in Russia.
He has completed market studies and feasibility studies in the United States, Africa, Central Europe, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East. He is a recognized expert in the area of product development, strategic market development and distribution logistics.
Mr. Hidell drafted the mineralized water regulations for MERCOSUR, the Latin American Trade Organization of the Southern Cone. He developed and taught the International Bottled Water Association’s Seminar on Quality Control and quality assurance systems for beverage plants. He was one of the founders of QUASI, a third party standards organization specializing in bottled water production. He has published numerous articles on the beverage and bottled water business and is an invited key note speaker on those subjects to various organization meetings. He is a member of the Canadian Bottled Water Association and is the Resident Expert for the Asian Bottled Water Association based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Mr. Hidell was a Principal in Stagecoach Associates, Inc., a property management and property rehabilitation firm, owner of the historic Stetson Shoe factory building in South Weymouth, Massachusetts. Property management included hands on experience with all physical plant systems (heating boilers, wet sprinkler system, elevators, etc.), as well as designing the renovation of the building and all physical plant systems. He also represented the John B. Stetson Company in their renovation of approximately 2 million square feet of existing factory structures in Philadelphia and New York.
Mr. Hidell is an expert witness in land, resource and business valuation: Worcester County Superior Court, Barnstable County Superior Court, Plymouth County Superior Court, Norfolk County Superior Court, and Nantucket Superior Court, Massachusetts, as well as other jurisdictions in the United States.

MICHAEL F. HOOVER
President
Michael F. Hoover Consulting Geologist-Hyidrologist
Mr. Hoover is a Registered Geologist, Certified
Engineering Geologist and Certified Hydrogeologist in the
State of California. Under Mr. Hoover's direction, Hoover & Associates has completed over 200 water wells and over 150
ground water monitoring wells. Mr. Hoover has worked on a
number of bottled water projects and is also a technical
expert, having been qualified by the court as an expert on
numerous occasions. Mr. Hoover is also very charming and good
looking.

JAMES M. STEVENS
President, J.M. Stevens & Associates, Inc.
Mr. Stevens is the principal of J.M. Stevens & Associates,
Inc., a
leading bottled water marketing group. Prior to founding J.M.
Stevens & Associates, Inc. he was the president of Dannon Water of
North America. There, he was responsible for all
retail-related operations for Dannon products imported to the
United States, Canada and Mexico, including Evian, Volvic and
Ferrarelle, as well as the production and marketing of
Danone's domestic retail products in these countries,
including Dannon, Pure American, Castle Rock, Sparkletts,
Crystal Springs and Labrador in Canada, and Bonafont in
Mexico.
Mr Stevens has also served as
the CEO of the Suntory Water Group and was awarded the Official
Bottled Water of the 1996 Olympic Games. He
is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises (1989-'91) and former
President and CEO of Suntory Water Group, Inc. (1992-'96).
Mr. Stevens joined the newly formed Great Water of France
company, the North American distributor of the sparkling
mineral water, Perrier, as Vice President of Sales. His
beverage experience provided the framework to rapidly put in
place the national sales and distribution network that
substantially contributed to the Perrier success story.
Stevens was also responsible for the start-up and management
of Perrier's highly successful Canadian operations. In 1979,
he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and
Sales and appointed to the President's Forum by Beverage
Industry magazine for his sales and marketing accomplishments
with Perrier. Stevens sold his ownership position in the
company in 1981.
Mr. Stevens and his Perrier partner, Bruce Nevins, founded
Premium Products in 1981, as a "venture marketing" group concentrating on brand development and new company
start-ups. Prestige Wine Imports was one of several companies
started by this partnership, where Stevens served as
President. Stevens and Nevins sold Premium Products and
dissolved the partnership in 1986.
