Company History

KEEPER SPRINGS sets the highest standards in the bottled water industry to guarantee consumers that the water purchased is of the highest quality available. KEEPER SPRINGS exercises the most stringent facility inspection protocols as outlined by the government. In addition, none of the springs impede fish spawning or survival, or reduce the flow of streams, rivers or other water bodies. KEEPER SPRINGS is issuing a challenge to other bottlers to meet the same criteria and share that data with consumers.

Innovations

Our message is simple -- we are using bottled water to help protect and clean up our nation's water supply.

Distribution

KEEPER SPRINGS MOUNTAIN SPRING WATER is bottled in biodegradable polyethylene containers and is available in four sizes: 1.5 Liter, 1.0 Liter, 0.5 Liter and 24 oz. with a sports cap. Glass bottles will be available to restaurants and hotels. All bottles are recyclable.

KEEPER SPRINGS bottled water will be available throughout the Northeast in grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, hotels and area colleges. A national roll-out is anticipated in 2000.

Alliances

KEEPER SPRINGS works with local organizations to protect the water supplies in the area where the water is purchased. This gives consumers the opportunity to contribute directly to a cause that will help clean up the water in their very own backyard. For example, proceeds from the sales of KEEPER SPRINGS in the tri-state area will preserve and protect the Hudson River, Long Island Sound, New York Watershed including streams and rivers that run through backyards throughout the region and the bays that span its shorelines.

KEEPER SPRINGS MOUNTAIN SPRING WATER is a product of Tear of the Clouds LLC. All Tear of the Clouds profits after taxes from the sale of KEEPER SPRINGS will be donated to regional clean water organizations.
