Using its fleet of carefully-maintained stainless steel tankers, the company brings its spring water from the springs directly to its headquarters and bottling plant nearby. The water is then packaged in a variety of bottles - including hand-packed glass - for delivery to customers. It also offers a zero-waste, refillable-bottle program where bottles are delivered full to the customer, then collected, sanitized and refilled when empty. This program is in keeping with Palomar's commitment to protecting the environment.

In addition, Palomar offers a unique, bulk water system. The company installs tanks on location for its customers, then fills the tanks as needed with water delivered directly from the spring - in effect "bringing the spring" to its customers.
